Free analysis

See what the deal call actually gave you.

  1. 01

    Upload or paste the transcript

Upload a common transcript file from discovery, a demo, or another customer-facing call, or paste the transcript text. No signup or card is needed.

  2. 02

    Read the cited moments

See the lines behind the coaching, including who was involved and where the deal conversation changed.

  3. 03

Develop the skills your deals demand

Find the gaps in your approach and learn how to address them, from exploring business impact to agreeing a clear next step.

  4. 04

    Keep the score in context

Discovery is not scored like a demo. The supporting score is scoped to the AE role and selected call type.

Grow beyond knowing your product.

The call type changes the review
A discovery call and a demo have different jobs. RepVolt scores what the selected call type actually gave you enough evidence to judge.
Stakeholders stay in the evidence
The coaching can point to who owned the decision, whose approval was missing, and where the next step stayed vague.
Get better at the objections that stop you
Understand what you missed when the buyer pushed back, so you can explore the concern and respond with a clearer sense of what matters to them.
Paid-plan follow-through

Practice before the conversation gets difficult.

A free review helps you understand what to improve. A paid plan or trial lets you keep learning across saved calls and practice with an AI buyer when an exercise matches your main coaching need.

Add call transcripts
Upload a common transcript file or paste text. On an active paid plan or trial, sync Fireflies or send completed transcripts from another recorder through your secure transcript connection. RepVolt does not take audio.
Rehearse
When a drill is ready for the main coaching need, open its new fictional buyer scenario. Type each turn or use optional browser voice controls.
Check the deal call
Look for the behavior on a later call, then keep working it, change your approach, or move down the ranked list.

What AEs ask first.

What does the free AE call analysis include?

Upload a common transcript file or paste one completed call transcript as text. RepVolt returns cited call moments, up to three areas to improve, an example of a stronger approach, and a supporting score below the coaching, scoped to the AE role and selected call type. The free analysis stops before rehearsal.

Does it work for multi-stakeholder deals?

The review can use the stakeholder evidence present in the transcript, including who was involved, whether the approval path was clear, and whether the next step had an owner and date. It does not invent deal context the call did not contain.

What does paid-plan access add?

Paid-plan access, including the trial, saves completed reviews and adds Fireflies sync and a secure transcript connection for another recorder. Paid plans add rehearsal when a practice exercise matches your main coaching need. Upload and paste work on both paths. RepVolt does not accept audio.

Can I keep my current recorder and CRM?

Yes. RepVolt does not replace either one. Upload a common transcript file or paste transcript text for the free analysis. An active paid plan or trial also lets you sync Fireflies or send completed transcripts from another recorder through your secure transcript connection.

Does RepVolt guarantee a higher close rate?

No. RepVolt does not guarantee a business outcome. It makes the coaching checkable, explains what to improve first, and lets paid-plan users rehearse when a practice exercise matches your main coaching need, then check a later call.
