Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RepVolt platform operated by Strategic Success Lab DOO ("RepVolt," "we," "us," or "our") at repvolt.io.

By creating an account or using RepVolt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RepVolt, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using RepVolt on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RepVolt is a sales coaching platform. Depending on the plan and supported path you use, it can provide:

• Analysis of call transcripts you submit or receive through a supported integration
• Skills to work on with cited transcript lines
• A supporting score scoped to the submitted rep role and call type
• Focused rehearsal scenarios and feedback
• Team dashboards and manager follow-through, with real-call transcript lines and quoted coaching kept with the rep by default
• History and trends based on saved, submitted calls and completed rehearsals

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You can use the anonymous one-call analysis at /try without creating a product account. Paid plans and signed-in features, including saved call history, supported integrations, eligible rehearsal, and team dashboards, require an account. You may register using:

• Email and password (standard registration)
• Google OAuth (single sign-on)

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

RepVolt offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Trial: Paid plans start with a 10-day trial. A card is required at checkout, there is no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel before billing.
• Recurring billing: Subscriptions are billed month to month through Stripe. There is no annual contract.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests
• Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate through the end of their billing cycle

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RepVolt for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Abuse, manipulate, or intentionally mislead automated analysis, scoring, or rehearsal systems
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute RepVolt's services without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

RepVolt's property: The RepVolt platform, including its software, design, algorithms, scoring models, coaching frameworks, branding, and documentation, is owned by Strategic Success Lab DOO and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform.

Your property: You retain full ownership of any data you upload to RepVolt, including call transcripts, business information, and account data. We claim no ownership over your content.

7. User Content & Data

When you upload or submit content to RepVolt (such as call transcripts or rehearsal responses), you:

• Retain full ownership of your content
• Grant RepVolt a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services
• Represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload such content
• Acknowledge that uploaded transcripts may contain third-party data and you are responsible for obtaining any required consents

We do not use your content to train AI models. Your data is processed only to deliver the features you request. Managers and other team members receive only information made available by the applicable product permissions; by default, manager review does not expose real-call transcript lines or quoted coaching.

8. Automated Scores, Coaching Notes, and Rehearsal Feedback

When you use supported call-review or rehearsal features, RepVolt uses AI (Google Gemini) to process the transcript or rehearsal inputs you submit. Those features can produce ranked coaching notes with cited transcript lines, a supporting call score, practice scenarios, and rehearsal feedback. You acknowledge that:

• Ranked coaching notes, supporting scores, and rehearsal feedback are provided as coaching and development tools only
• Any call score is scoped to the selected rep role and call type and is not an objective measure of a rep or deal
• These outputs do not constitute professional sales consulting, legal, or business advice
• Automated outputs may contain inaccuracies or may not apply to your specific situation
• You should exercise your own professional judgment when applying a score, coaching note, or rehearsal response
• RepVolt is not liable for business outcomes resulting from these automated outputs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RepVolt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of procurement of substitute services
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of RepVolt shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RepVolt shall be resolved through the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of RepVolt after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
